Scene during the registration of one of almost 2,000 members of PHA. Notice the serene atmosphere where there is no falling in line, no frenzy about the status of their payments since the PHA has already updated its member’s accounts prior to the convention. Comlogik has provided 20 laptops each manned by a programmer, cashier and verifier. The goal of PHA is to continously enhance the processes and ultimately eliminate time consuming method of registration employed in the past.
